Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Hannestha Health Support is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team. As a PSW, you will provide in-home care to clients who require assistance with daily living activities. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker.
- Previous experience providing care to seniors or individuals with disabilities is an asset.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Hannestha Health Support is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Administering medications, treatments, and other prescribed therapies as directed by the physician
- Assessing and monitoring the patient’s overall health status and responding appropriately to any changes
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention strategies
Qualifications
- Active registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a community or home care setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Registered Nurse (RN)
Hannestha Health Support is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN with Hannestha Health Support, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and mental health status, medication management, and pain control.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provide wound care and manage other chronic health conditions.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Accurately document patient care activities and maintain up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of your province
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a community or home care setting.
- Experience with medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
